Submission terms and conditions:
a) The call for submissions is open to all films under 25 minutes. All genres are welcome, although experimental films and animations constitute the core showcase.
[project:or] is switching off for the summer, will be back for more screenings in the fall. However, you are very welcome to send your works. All submissions will be handled with care and considered for the coming screenings.
b) Selected films will be notified two weeks in advance of the projection date. Participating artists will receive a DVD compilation of the featuring program.
Termes et conditions de la soumission:
1) L’appel de dossiers est ouvert à tous les films de vingt-cinq minutes et moins. Tous les genres sont bienvenus quoique les films expérimentaux et les animations seront les genres dominants de la programmation.
[project:or] sera en pause pour l'été, les projections reprendront cet automne. Désormais, vous êtes toujours bienvenus à envoyer vos films!
2) Les films sélectionnés seront notifiés deux semaines avant la projection. Les artistes participants recevront une compilation en DVD du programme.
3) [project:or] produira un DVD avec tous les films choisis de chaque programme. Le DVD sera distribué aux artistes participants dans le but de créer le réseau contact et de faciliter la diffusion des œuvres.
4) Il n’y a pas de frais de soumission.
5) Les documents de soumission ne seront pas retournés à l’exception si une enveloppe de retour affranchie est incluse avec l’application.
6) Format de projection : miniDV et DVD (NTSC 0)
7) Veillez envoyer votre application avec les documents suivants:
-Une copie du film en miniDV ou en DVD (NTSC 0)
-Une feuille avec le nom et la durée du film, pays et l’année de production ainsi que le synopsis (apparaîtra sur le site internet).
-La biographie et les contacts du réalisateur (adresse postale et courriel)

c) [project:or] will produce a DVD with the selected films from each program. The DVD will be distributed amongst participating artists in order to facilitate networking and to increase work exposure.
d) There is no submission fee.
e) Submission materials will not be returned unless a pre-stamped envelope is included with the application.
f) Screening format: miniDV and DVD (NTSC 0)
g) Please include the following materials with submission:
-A preview copy of the film on miniDV or DVD (NTSC 0)
-A sheet with the name and length of the film, year and country of production and a brief synopsis (to be used for web archiving).
-Director’s contact information (mailing address and e-mail) and biography
